This Policy is incorporated by reference to our Terms of Service.  Please be advised that any move management or transportation services provided to you will also be governed by the terms and conditions or your written services agreement setting out the details of costs for such services.

By accessing our Services, you agree to the terms of this Policy.  This Policy may change from time to time.  We reserve the right to update or change our Policy at any time, and we will post any changes we make to the Policy on our website. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the most current statement of our privacy practices. Your continued use of any Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by such changes to this Policy.  Your continued use our Services after any revisions we make to this Policy constitutes your acceptance and agreement to those changes, so please review the Policy carefully and periodically check for updates.  We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected or received Personal Information of a child under the age of 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. In the course of offering our Services to you, we may collect certain information from you, such as your name, address, zip code, phone number, email address, and other information in connection with your move and your property, such as order instructions and your payment information (collectively, “Personal Information”). We collect Personal Information (a) when you provide it to us or request us to access it; (b) automatically through your use of the Services; or (c) from third parties such as business partners and affiliates.  We typically retain information you provide us in connection with our Services. By clicking “Submit” I expressly consent to being contacted by WayForth, LLC, including by live telephone calls, text messages, and email, at the phone number I’ve provided above.  This consent includes marketing by WayForth, LLC using an automated dialing system or an artificial or pre-recorded telephone call, to receive moving quotes and otherwise fulfill my request for more information about WayForth, LLC’s products or services.  I understand that I am not required to provide this consent as a condition of purchasing any products or services.  I understand that I may revoke this consent at any time by contacting WayForth, LLC.  This consent applies even if you are on a state or national Do Not Call list.  Msg/data rates may apply. You can request the deletion of your Personal information by contacting us at marketing@wayforth.com. The deletion of your Personal Information will result in the deletion of your account and termination of the Services, unless retention is necessary to comply with laws, regulations, or as a record of Services provided to you or other customers.  We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. So that we can provide you the highest quality of service, we may from time to time disclose Personal Information to the following: our subsidiaries and affiliates; to contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business; and to other third-parties with your consent.  We may also use certain third-party vendors to assist in managing payment processing and storing payment methods and related information such as card numbers (collectively, “Payment Methods”); they are not permitted to access or use Payment Methods, except for the sole purpose of processing payments on our behalf.   In addition, we may disclose your Personal Information: (i) to comply with any court order, law or legal process, or to respond to any government or regulatory request; (ii) to enforce or apply our Terms of Service; (iii) if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property or safety of WayForth, our users, or others; and (iv) to fulfill the purpose for which you provided or disclosed the information to us.

As part of our Services, we may send transaction-related communications to you such as welcome emails, order confirmations, service reminders and notices, payment information, and other information related to our Services.  We may from time to time also send you marketing or promotional communications, unless you elect to opt-out of receiving such information. You can discontinue future promotional communications by following the specific unsubscribe instructions in the communications you receive.  Regardless whether you opt-out of receiving promotional communications, we reserve the right to contact you with respect to transaction-related communications, notices or changes relating to our products and services.

We may use “cookies” to enhance your experience. You may choose to set your web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent.  If you do so, please note that some parts of the website may not function properly.

Our principal offices are located in the United States, as are our primary data storage facilities. If you access our Services from any foreign country, it is likely that any data you send us will be transferred outside of your country of origin to us. By using our Services, you consent to having your data transferred to and stored in the United States. Our Service are not currently being offered to residents outside of the United States.

Our website may contain links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by us. Please be aware that we do not determine, and we are not responsible, for the privacy practices or content of such other websites. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every website you visit.

You may voluntarily provide reviews, suggestions, ideas, comments or other feedback (“Feedback”) to us about the Services including how to improve them. Even if Feedback is designated as confidential, we may use it for any purpose without obligation of any kind.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers.
