Our professional move managers start first with an assessment of your home, helping you to determine the clothes, furniture and home goods that will be making the move with you, going to a child or grandchild, or items that will be sold. As full-service professional senior move managers, we will guide you through the process, helping you make the best decisions as you prepare to relocate to your new space.

We’ll then manage the entire process of packing, sorting, moving, and unpacking for you in your new residence. All you’ll need to do is put your feet up; and enjoy the final result.

Thinking of downsizing to a smaller home or apartment? You’ve come to the right place! A WayForth Professional Senior Move Manager can help you plan your entire move on both sides of the transaction.

  • Moving from your current home: Organizing, sorting and packing things you want to keep. Packing and distributing your unwanted items for sale, donation or disposal. We’ll even lightly stage the home to prep it for sale.
  • Moving into your new home: Space planning, unpacking, and organizing your items to enable easy access and enjoyment.

Are you helping a loved one downsize to a new home or transition to a retirement community? Whether you are located in-town or out of state, the WayForth team will work with you and your family member to enable a safe, comfortable and efficient move to their new home.

FINANCING  - Paying someone to empty and prepare a house for sale, sorting through items, packing, and moving are expenses that not everyone can cover up front. We realize that many of today’s seniors’ assets are tied up in their house or in difficult-to-access accounts.

We can finance our services, so we don’t get paid until after the house sells. We have worked with individuals and professionals on many financing situations and are committed to doing what it takes to support families in a critical time of need.
